Rates

Please contact me at my email or phone address (at the bottom of this webpage) to discuss current monthly rates. A deposit fee for the first month of tuition and a $200 enrollment fee is required to enroll your child in A Place2Grow. Daycare rates include daily materials, meals, and snacks.

A discount may be applied to your tuition when your family has more than one child enrolled in our program, single parent.

All pick-ups made after 5:00 p.m. will be assessed a charge of $1.00 per minute. Payments made after the contracted due date will assessed a charge of $10 per day until the account is current.

Forms

Should you decide to move forward with A Place2Grow, several forms need to be filled out and returned prior to the first day of care. This helps us assume responsibility for your child and provide the best care possible. Additionally, state requirements necessitate daycares to keep records of all children. Please fill these forms to the best of your ability. Refer to the handbook for more information.

After the enrollment fee and deposit has been paid, and your child has been enrolled in daycare, we will take the first two weeks of care to gauge that APlace2Grow is a good fit for your family and that your child is getting the best possible care.

Electronic copies of these forms are available in the buttons below. However, all official records will be kept on physical paper copies.

Alongside these forms, a copy of your child’s immunization records are required by the staff by the child’s first day.
